 30-day return policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Service@MXFitnessSupply.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once A return is approved, returns are required to be sent back with in 7 days.  

Refund payments will be issued through the orders original payment system within 3-14 business days of return product arrival at our warehouse.  Orders arriving with damage, additional shipping fees, missing parts, or that do not arrive in brand new resellable condition may take longer to process.

Properly Packaging your returned items is important. Returned items must be shipped back in original packaging to protect your items. Improperly packaged items that are damaged in returned shipping are subject to additional restocking fees. 

Restocking Fee

Returned items are subject to a 20% Restocking fee plus the associated return shipping fees. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.  Please see above for additional restocking fees. Keep in mind, shipping dumbbells is expensive for us and for you. For example, Our MX85's weight 104lbs for each box, (each set contains 2 boxes equaling a total of 208 lbs). Return Shipping costs for the MX85's can easily reach $150-$180 for the lower 48 US.  

Order Cancelation

To request to cancel an order please email Service@MXFitnessSupply.com. Keep in mind that once an order is placed our warehouse moves quickly to process your order.  All canceled or returned orders that leave our warehouse are subject to a 20% restocking fee and associated return shipping charges.  Once an order is submitted for shipment, We cannot guarantee that order cancelation requests will be processed intime to stop shipments to avoid shipping and restocking charges. 

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Damage Caused during shipping cannot be covered unless noted on shipping forms. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus any restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost or Stolen Orders

It is the customers responsibility to track and manage their order using the tracking number provided.  Using a shipping address where a MX Fitness Supply order can safely be delivered to minimize risk of theft also known as "porch pirating" is very important. MX Fitness Supply LLC cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been stolen or went missing once they arrive at the shipping address that was provided.  If you live in an apartment complex multi housing development it can be helpful to ask for your shipment to be left at the office or schedule a terminal pickup. FedEx and UPS also typically have options to manage your order online for local terminal pick up.
