MX SELECT INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

WARRANTY – HOME USE

MX SELECT products are designed and intended to be used only in a private home environment. MX SELECT warrants that the MX Products, purchased from an authorized agent and in its undamaged original packaging, is free from defects in materials and workmanship. MX SELECT will, at their discretion, repair or offer replace parts and rebuild kits for units that become defective within the warranty period, subject to the specific inclusions and exclusions below. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose in some states.

MX Select EVO Line Warranty

The MX Select Warranty for the MX Select EVO Line that consists of the following models: MX55 EVO, MX70 EVO, and MX100 EVO Dumbbells will be covered for accidental damage caused by dropping from a height no greater than 30" on a protected plush carpet or rubber floor. MX Fitness Supply with provide rebuild kits and replacement parts for damage caused by accidental drops. Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling costs for warranty parts orders. Dumbbells should not be purposely slammed, dropped or misused. Catastrophic damage caused by drops of higher than 30" and or drops that occur on a non protected surface such as concrete, tile, hardwood etc floors are not covered warranty. If a Dumbbell needs to be dropped, It is important to drop the dumbbell as flat as possible so both ends of the dumbbell hit the floor at the same time. Drops at angles, where one end of the dumbbell hits the floor before the other should be avoided as the risk of damage to structural frame components. MX Fitness Supply reserves the right to investigate warranty claims and deny warranty claims for repeated abusers on a case by case basis.

MX HANDSETS – DUMBBELLS & BARBELLS
2 Year Limited Warranty

MX SELECT will repair or replace any component of or within the Handsets should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the original purchase.

MX WEIGHT PLATES

2 Year Limited Warranty

MX SELECT will repair or replace any Weight Plate should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the original purchase. Warranty does not apply if the Handset has been dropped.

MX COMMERCIAL WARRANTY– DUMBBELLS, BARBELLS, AND BENCH

The placement of any MX Select product in any environment other than a private home environment will void all manufactures warranties, expressed and implied. This includes, but not limited to schools, health clubs, hotels and multi-housing facilities (apartment wellness centers... etc)

Warranty - Who is covered

MX Select warranty is offered to the original owner / purchaser of an MX Select product. Used sets, 2nd hand sales and sets purchased from a non-authorized outlet are not covered under any MX Select or MX Fitness Supply LLC coverage.
